Refund & Cancellation

AIDEAS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd strives for transparency. Read our policy determining the terms under which payments may be cancelled or refunded securely.

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to AIDEAS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd ("AIDEAS", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") for technology services may be cancelled or refunded. By engaging our services or making payments for any service offered by AIDEAS, clients agree to the terms described in this policy.

This policy applies to payments made for:

  • Software development services
  • Website development and maintenance
  • Digital marketing services
  • Enterprise software solutions
  • Consulting or IT services
  • Any technology-related services offered by AIDEAS

This policy does not apply where a separate written agreement or contract has been executed with a client specifying different payment terms.

2. Project-Based Services

Most services provided by AIDEAS operate on a milestone-based project model. Payments may include:

  • Advance project initiation fees
  • Milestone payments during development
  • Final delivery payments

Once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated, the initial advance payment is generally non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances including:

  • Duplicate payments made due to technical error
  • Payment processing errors
  • Service cancellation before project initiation

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are typically non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Software development work already completed
  • Custom development services
  • Digital marketing campaign setup
  • Design or UI/UX work delivered
  • Consulting services already provided
  • Resource allocation and project planning activities

As these services involve time, effort, and intellectual work, refunds cannot be issued for work already performed.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • Payments for completed milestones will remain payable
  • Advance payments will not be refunded
  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly

Project materials delivered prior to cancellation remain the intellectual property of AIDEAS until full payment is received.

6. Cancellation by AIDEAS

AIDEAS reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under certain circumstances including:

  • Client violation of contractual obligations
  • Non-payment of project milestones
  • Misuse of services
  • Legal or regulatory compliance issues

In such cases, AIDEAS may determine whether any partial refund is applicable based on the stage of work completed.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible
  • Processing time may take 7 to 15 business days depending on payment gateways and banking institutions

AIDEAS will notify the client once the refund process has been initiated.

8. Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact AIDEAS directly to resolve any payment disputes.

Filing disputes directly with payment providers without prior communication may delay resolution.

9. Changes to This Policy

AIDEAS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any updates will be published on the website with the revised effective date.
